Q. Ready-Made Online Store

 

1. Can we add & update our web pages ourselves?

You are able to add/update products/contents/images to your website easily and instantly via user friendly control panel.

2. How many products and images that i can upload to website?

It depends on which plan you sign-up for. UniCart Starter (50 products), UniCart Basic (500 products), UniCart Plus(3000 products), UniCart Pro(20000 products) and UniCart Premium (Unlimited products). Multiple images can be uploaded for each product.

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

After order placed and payment made, you will receive a document. Fill out the document and send it back to us. We will setup within 2 working days upon receiving the required information for the setting up of your website.

4. Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Absolutely, you can always start small and upgrade your plan whenever you like. You just have to pay the difference in the prices to upgrade.

5. I like what I hear so far, what should I do next?

To place an order, please click here. Go to your preferred plan and click "order now". Just follow the step by step order wizard to complete your order. 6. What sort of support can I expect from R2O?

7. Do I have to install any software into my computer?

There is no installation required! R2O Ecommerce plan is setup directly on the web server. You only need a web browser to access the control panel from anywhere you like as long as you have an Internet connection.

8. What payment methods does UniCart ecommerce plan support?

R2O UniCart ecommerce plan is capable of live Credit Card Processing by integrate with Paypal / Ipay88 / MOLPay. Besides it also supports internet bank transfer by using Ipay88 or MOLpay. You may refer to contact@retail-online.com.my

9. Does UniCart support multiple currencies?

Yes, it does support multiple currencies. You can allow customers to buy using an alternative Currency. The system will be automatically updated with the latest currency exchange rate. You don't have to update manually.

10. Can I take manual offline payments like bank transfer?

Yes, it is capable to let shopper choose the manual offline payment method like mailed cheques, local Cash bank in, bank transfer & COD.

11. My question wasn't answered, what do I do?

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?


To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.

  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.

  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.

  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.

  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.



Q. What are the payment methods available?

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?


Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at contact@retail-online.com.my  with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?


All products transaction currency will be done in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.

Q. How long does the Approach usually takes?


First Approach usually will takes about 1-2 working days
